What does it take to be a 20 year old company? In 1965, the average tenure of companies on the Standard & Poors 500 index was 33 years. By 1990, it was 20 years. By 2026, the average tenure is forecast to shrink to 14 years. Today, company longevity is a precious commodity; one that is earned not given. As we celebrate our 20th anniversary, we join the exalted ranks of companies that are built to last.
We have accomplished this major milestone as a team, by being humble and hungry, by living the cultural values we hold close. We take this opportunity to not only celebrate our accomplishments, but to express our appreciation to our customers and partners whose relationships we cherish. And, we look forward to the next 20 years, and the challenges and opportunities yet to be defined. Congratulations to all.
